About ME

My name is Elizabeth,

I believe that everything in the body as well as life is connected. I think we are told our whole lives that our body, mind, and spirit are separate. Through movement, I have found that we can meet ourselves where we are.

Movement has always been at my center. My love for movement started young with competitive sports, inspired me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, then lead me through a job working in exercise rehab for 5 years.

I became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist from Coastal Carolina Community College in 2017 and have been serving the community ever since.

I would like to answer any questions you may have. Please contact me. I look forward to working with you!

My schedule varies week to week. Vagaro has my most up to date availability. Do not hesitate to contact me if you do not see an availability that works for you.

I'll ask that you arrive at your arrival time unless the intake needs to be complete, then I will ask you to be 10 minutes early.

The intake interview is very important. This information allows me to design a treatment plan tailored to your therapeutic goals. It also helps me avoid any areas that may be prone to injury or exacerbation. The interview process will take anywhere from 5-10 minutes for an average client.

I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, Venmo, PayPal, and bartering. Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. The best tip is your repeated business, reviews and referrals.

Massage can be performed at all levels of dress, from fully clothed to fully nude. When it's time to get on the table, only undress to your personal comfort level.

Keep in mind:
Exposed skin is easier to palpate and allows for the application of more varied techniques. You will remain carefully draped throughout the entire massage to maintain privacy and respect.
It is a normal physiological response to touch and tends to resolve itself within a few minutes. Touch administered to any part of the body can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which can result in arousal.

Note: If the practitioner feels that the session has turned sexual for the client, male or female, they may stop the session to clarify the client's intent, and may decide to end the session immediately.

After receiving massage, drink plenty of water for the next 24 hours.

You shouldn’t feel sore after a massage. If you do, it means the pressure was too deep. You can relieve some discomfort by taking a warm bath with Epsom salts. Please let me know if you experience any painful or unusual symptoms in the days following your session.
